On December 11, 2023, Mustang Bio, Inc. (the “Company” or “Mustang”) issued a press release to announce the presentation of interim Phase 1/2 data from Mustang’s multicenter clinical trial of MB-106, a CD20-targeted, autologous CAR-T cell therapy for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas and chronic lymphocytic leukemia at the 65^th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
